Inventory needs the following SLOs:

• Percentage of successful requests / total requests. Should be higher than 99.9%.
• Percentage of requests with under 250ms latency. Should be 99.9%.
• Number of successful events produced / total attempts to produce events. Should be 99.9%.
• Number of successful calls to relations API / total requests to relations API. Shou.d be 99.9%.

In order to do this work:

• Define SLO document in App-Interface
• Create PrometheusRules (including Alerting) in https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/service/app-interface/-/tree/master/resources/insights-prod/kessel-prod
• Instrument the code in inventory.
