Onboarding the HyperShift component of ROSA/HCP to InScope

Despite the HyperShift Operator deployment being managed in app-interface, due to how it gets installed as part of MCE, it does not get automatically populated in the InScope catalog: https://inscope.corp.redhat.com/search?query=hypershift&types%5B%5D=software-catalog

It should be onboarded and then the hypershift team should follow https://inscope.corp.redhat.com/docs/default/component/backstage-app/your_content/#add-your-documentation
