The Insights drift service reached end-of-life 30 September 2024

"As of September 30 2024, the drift service, provided in Red Hat Insights for RHEL, will be removed from the product."

Remove the drift definitions so that they do not appear in the Console > Settings > User Access > Roles list of pre-defined roles from both prod and stage.

This will also prevent drift definitions from appearing in the User Access Config Guide list of pre-defined roles.
