There is an old/unused "upload-service" deployment in the ingress-prod namespace.  This needs to be removed.

The "upload-service" deployment is not listed in here:

I suspect it is a leftover of when the deployments were manually created
 
 
I'm guessing the app-sre folks would have to manually delete that (maybe the dev-prod folks could do it...not sure)
