The migration to the new source of UI modules configuration can't be adopted in one big swing. We will have to allow gradual adoption of the new configuration. This means that the Chrome service will have for some time be able to use both the current and new source of configurations.

The final config files, should be added to the /static directory from which current config files are served from.
