Hello,

I'm unable to edit an existing webhook Integration on stage.
One I've submit the wizard I get:

Integration creation failed
There was an error creating 'Name of Integration' integrations.

Network debug shows the following failing request:

PUT https://console.stage.redhat.com/api/integrations/v1.0/endpoints/undefined
HTTP 404

Expectations:

• The wizard correctly updates an integration.
• The error message should read: There was an error editing ... integrations.
• The wizard title on error is "Edit Integration" (not Add integration)

I'm unable to verify if this only affects production as well, as I only have permissions on stage. Hence the priority.
