The API Gateway is not listed on the weekly SLO report, however it is a critical platform service for our tenants, who rely on it's availability and performance for their services to operate.

2. Add ,apicast-test to Platform Services 

PLATFORM_SERVICES: "ingress,receptor-controller,entitlements,sources,rbac,playbook-dispatcher,notifications,apicast-tests"
