Update default workspace role binding relations to use UUID vs org_id

      When creating relations for default/root workspaces we'll need to use UUID format which will ultimately be the record UUID for the workspace.

      HBI inventory groups already have UUIDs, so we'll need it for compatibility. We'll also need the UUIDs in the graph to be represented/tied back to workspace objects with the same UUID.

      • Update the migrator code to retrieve these workspace objects to get the UUID and create the relationships
      • Runtime tenant creation will need to create these workspace objects as well.

      This will then ultimately be queried/used when v1 -> v2 roles are created/migrated.
