Requesting to see subscription usage does not trigger the SU5 flow

      If you ask VA, "I would like to see my subscription usage", it does not trigger the SU5 flow. However, if I give it "what's my subscription usage?" the flow begins. From an end user standpoint, these requests aren't that different. Perhaps we should add more triggers?
