Summary and goal

Customers and clients would prefer having a more detailed event log, where they can see what was the exact cause of a notification failure, and check what was the payload that was sent in each notification.

This epic will be subject to further refinement, pulling out stories that complement future visual work on the Notifications UI.

Acceptance Criteria 

1. The user is able to check the exact error message of a failed Notification in the event log.
2. The user is able to see what were the contents of the sent notification.
