Currently, UI modules live within specific layouts. These layouts are hardcoded into Chrome codebase.

This will become problematic as we try to run HCC UI in different environments that have different requirements and UI modules will be rendered on different routes (on-prem). 

This spike should investigate the possibility of making route layouts configurable via the frontend configurations.

Preferably this configuration will be added only to the enhanced FEO Frontend resource (testing can be done with the current frontend configuration approach).
