We'd like to known early in the cycle if there will be any challenges to running the IQE tests inside Konflux pipelines. At present, there are no known instances for PlatEx where the tests are being executed, but we'll want this ASAP.

1. Determine the technical steps necessary to run IQE tests as part of Konflux pipelines for repos owned by PlatEx (e.g. insights-chrome, landing-page-frontend, etc)
2. Identify any barriers to adoption that would prevent running the tests in-pipeline.
