User Story: 

• As an User Access Administrator, I want to be able to remove user from all user groups.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Add a new action "Remove from user groups"
  
• Open modal triggering the change
• Removing from user groups can only happen at each row level. If a user wants to bulk “Remove from group” they can edit the group for the user groups page.
• Remove from groups should only be enabled if the user is inside a group other than “All users” or “Admins” - former default(admin) access. In other words, it should only be enabled if they are part of a group that is editable.
• The modal removes the user from all groups he is in, you can't pick! If customers want to remove a user from a specific group (not all the groups they're in) they can do that from the user group edit
• Test that in cypress
