Create tasks to run unit and cypress tests as a part of the Konflux pipeline.

The new tasks should be added here:
https://github.com/RedHatInsights/konflux-consoledot-frontend-build/tree/main

Technically we can use parse-build-deploy script and create-frontend-dockerfile which works with variables as a base.

And then we need to enhance pipelines in our repositories to run these tasks.
