We have to prevent a bad route from being committed which would cause errors in nginx, either preventing the deployment, or deploying but nginx coming up in a bad state

We can let the bad route not impacting the deployment or add a format checker (pipeline checks) to prevent bad route to be committed.

This would be a blocker for the self-service route changes.
