In order to ensure a dynamic plugin can be installed in a RHDH instance before reaching Stage, we need to ensure it works as part of the pipeline.

We could setup a job that leverages the RHDH image quay.io/rhdh/rhdh-hub-rhel9 that installs the plugin and ensures it works in the MRs pipeline.

This is currently impossible to test other than deploying to Stage (and risk breaking the environment in the process).
