One suggestion made in the CEE Tech Enablement session was to make it easier to specify the application in the export service's payload.

Having to specify a URN for the application seems to make it more complicated than it should.

Might be a complex change because we need to sync between the export service and the multiple services that already are using it so that we can migrate safely.
