Expand upon the existing POC repo to include coverage for RBAC roles.

1. Coverage for CRUD operations involving roles as one integration test
2. Coverage for adding permissions to roles and confirming those permissions have been added (Use both patch and "update" options)
3. Coverage should include "access" for a role as well
