Right now the RHEL check box is only available in the standard wizard flow. RHEL 7 ELS was prioritized due to the impact it has on revenue. Cost Management provides a disconnected option for RHEL metering.  We have had customers escalate this feature because they would like to only send data to Red Hat that is related to the RHEL metering flow (exclude all their non-RH spend from this flow). We originally implemented this flow for the Hybrid committed spend work but did not initially enable it for the RHEL metering work.

We believe this is not a huge sized issue, but will let you all decide. I think it's just showing a checkbox in the UI and flowing that data to cost using existing paths.

This change would be to add the include RHEL usage check box under the customer filtered flow. I wish to manually customize the data set sent to Cost Management
