Summary and goal

The UX team is making an effort to improve the user adoption of Integrations/Notifications, and in order to support their efforts we need to implement a few REST endpoints that would provide the information they require.

Acceptance Criteria 

1.  A notifications viewer is capable of triggering a request to the organization administrator for them to configure events and integrations for the applications.
2. The front end is able to fetch the number of subscribed users to a particular application.
3. The front end is able to fetch which applications have behavior groups configured.
