      User Story 

      • As a User, I would like to be able to switch the access management to the workspace mode using the modal.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • We have some dummy way present in RBAC overview page to open the new modal - based on this alert with the "Enable workspaces" toggle

        for now let's hide it behind feature flag platform.rbac.workspaces and do not care if user is actually qualified
      • If user toggles the switch, the modal will be opened

      Focus on the UI and ignore content that is not ready yet
