Onboard the Insights services to InScope

This task is to finish configuration of Insights services in inScope.  As App SRE services live in app-interface they are automatically be populated into the inScope catalog, there will just be a couple steps to get all the applicable plugins working:

After getting your plugins all working the next step is to get your DOCs on inScope:

After configuring the plugins and uploading your DOCs you have finished the inScope on-boarding process.
