Cleanup that I have wanted to do for a long time. After adding the redirect from /preview to / on August 1st, we can remove all preview rules, including:

• rules to frontends-beta, frontends var
• preview/beta pentest rules and other stuff under "cloud-services-config"
• remove preview specific redirects

It'll half the length of the config!!! Marking major for my happiness
