The definition of done here is we should have some kind of way to track users, user sessio click through and visit duration etc. The basic web app usage metrics stuff. We want to be able to track adoption and growth as well as understand what people are and are not doing. Matamo (spelling?) has been floated as a possible solution but please survey what is available and possible. Talk to RHDH engineering and see what they think. Also look into segment tracking.
