Summary and goal

The goal for this milestone is for the front end to be fully operational with Notifications when the latter is using AuthZ.

Acceptance Criteria 

These conditions must be met for the epic to be considered complete. This provides a detailed definition of scope and the expected outcomes, written from a user's point of view.

1. We can create workspaces, integrations and behavior groups and Notifications is able to handle all that with AuthZ as the authorization back end.
