As a customer I should be able to create integration from within any place. This means dropdown with options to select each integration needs to be present in title component.

Technical details

This ticket requires exposing wizards from notifications frontend. We can do that in a similiar way how we exported the integrations tabs. We can expose the wizard trough fed modules and load them in integrations application.

Pay extra attention to how each of these wizards are exported as overview page has some call to action buttons which shows these wizards as well.
