Timeout screen suggest user lost permissions. After some time of inactivity, this screen appears and it says
"You do not have access to Red Hat Insights"

But the fact is you do, you just have to refresh the page and everything will be fine again.

Expected: Change the wording on this timeout screen and wording too to reflect reality
