This epic is to track the migration from x86 based RDS instances to ARM based instances to help reduce cost. We have created 2 jiras per RDS DB, one for stage and one for prod. App SRE has provided a runbook, here is a copy of the App SRE email for reference:
"If you have RDS instances managed by app-interface, please upgrade to the corresponding Graviton instance type.

If your current DB type is not covered in the upgrade paths have a look at:
https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/aws/new-amazon-rds-on-graviton2-processors/
And choose the comparable Gravaton instance type.
