PDF Gen status endpoint intermittently gives 'Generating' after 'Generated'

      An automated test does the following:

      1. Creates the PDF
      2. Waits for the status to reach 'Generated' (repeatedly invokes the status endpoint)
      3. Requests the status one more time to confirm it is still 'Generated'

      It seems that intermittently some of the follow-up requests are returning with status 'Generating'. Here's an example of the intermittent failure:

      FAILED iqe_platform_ui/tests/test_pdf_generator.py::test_pdf_generator_status_endpoint - AssertionError: assert 'Generating' == 'Generated'
