When a user has a username starting with `hac`, the redirect URL for Menu items is wrong.

It should be: https://console.dev.redhat.com/preview/application-pipeline/workspaces/hac-e2e-user/applications

It is: https://console.dev.redhat.com/preview/hac/application-pipeline/workspaces/hac-e2e-user/applications

Steps to reproduce: 

• create a user with a username starting with `hac`
  • create a signup here http://developers.redhat.com/
• login with the user to Konflux
  • you can use stage https://console.dev.redhat.com/preview/application-pipeline
• joining a waitlist
• to reproduce the issue:
  • go to the Overview page
  • click Application in the left menu

You get banned from Akamai when you click several times on a menu item (usually 3 times).
