[QE] [export] [Low] Default export file format should be zip instead of gz

      Per the export service ADR (ADR-002: Async Export API Design) the output file should be in the zip format.  When the pipeline team inherited the project it was already coded to support gz format and never modified.

      The Subscription Watch team has request the default for be switched to zip to better align with our customer base per usage data provided in RHINENG-10573 - Export service bundles exported subscription data to gz archive.
