Our IT certs expired on June 3rd for prod and the new protocol is that teams are managing the expiration of their certs (we are no longer being notified)

Important Information about Expiring Certs:

To solve this issue we need to do the following: 

• update server cert in bop per the doc
• update ca bundle in vault for the gateway
