Currently, only mmclaugh@redhat.com has access to the org.project-kessel maven central namespace. This means that only he can generate tokens to deploy artifacts there, etc.. It is not at all obvious how to add users (even though there's an option to view users on the namespace). It may involve paying for or using a Red Hat licence.

Acceptance criteria:

1. Multiple team members should be added (and addable) to the verified org.project-kessel namespace on maven central.
2. Each of these users should be able to generate tokens to interact with those namespaces.
