As an application owner, I'd like to test messaging integrations in preproduction environments. As an iqe framework user, I often run tests from environments that can reach corporate network resources, but have no connectivity to cluster services such as Kafka.

The kafka bridge is ideal because of QE familiarity with HTTP as well as being able to take advantage of existing security models, etc.

Some applications have custom-built endpoints that can be retired and phased out once this is complete.

Please include access equivalent to swatch turnpike rules for preprod (see https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/service/app-interface/-/blob/204a3774f3bf5b3983099ac3239e86d4a7d03fce/data/services/insights/turnpike/deploy.yml#L162-164 ) (the swatch team can help verify once this card is done as well).
