Summary and goal

This feature was a request for improvement from the following customer support case: https://access.redhat.com/support/cases/#/case/03805782

The customer prefers have a feature where they have the ability to resend notifications on demand on the hybrid cloud console. This would enable the customers to resend notifications to the respective behavior groups/ any such groups that they wish to notify from the console.

Acceptance Criteria 

These conditions must be met for the epic to be considered complete. This provides a detailed definition of scope and the expected outcomes, written from a user's point of view.

1. Customers should be able to resend notifications from the hybrid console.
2. Customers should be able to notify any groups of their choice.

Capture any open questions and resolutions related to the epic goal or acceptance criteria. Add any additional details, questions or decisions that need to be made or addressed. 

• Customers who did not sign up for the notifications might be confused if they suddenly receive them. Probably we need to somehow add that as a notice to the notifications themselves.
• Probably a good idea to notify the customers that an administrator triggered a redelivery of the notification.
