In parallel with the initial data migration/dual writes, we need to develop a way to ensure that host assets within inventory groups are being kept in sync with their workspace (inventory group) in RBAC/ SpiceDB. 

Initially we were going to add a celery task in RBAC to listen to the inventory kafka topic for host related changes, but with the idea of common inventory up in the air - it makes more sense to do this sync on the app-specific side of things (in inventory). We should use the weekly syncs with the inventory team to make sure that we understand the best place to do these updates when we are ready for them. 

The end goal of this is so that when hosts are added/removed/moved from an inventory group (which is becoming a workspace) that those updates are reflected in Kessel.
