3. Followed Next steps from https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/auth-v2-user?tabs=http#authentication-and-authorization-steps authorization works for default API Permissions [User.Read]
4. Admin consent required on Application permissions for [ChannelMessage.Read.All] to access API with this SCOPE to get teams messages
