As a user, if i want to trigger the permissions flow reliably, i must type "I can't view this". I can sometimes successfully type "I cant view this" but it often doesnt trigger the permissions flow. See: https://github.com/RedHatInsights/astro-virtual-assistant/blob/main/data/access/nlu.yml

This opens up a broader conversation regarding punctuation. As a user, I don't want have ot type punctuation perfectly. 

Consider making VA agnostic to punctuation (in some sense). Punctuation could be "stripped" in both the NLUs and in the user's dialog. This could vastly improve VA's usability.
