rhn-support-jmolet on my team needs to create an App token in the RedHatInsights GitHub org so he can run GitHub pull request builder in the insights-client, insights-core, and rhc repos. To do this, he needs admin access to the RedHatInsights org (or if there is another way to create the token without admin access, that's ok too).
