A bug can occur during Clowder's reconciliation where if the name in the resourceTemplate doesn't match the clowdapp name, it fails to reconcile. This happens because when clowder checks if an apps dependencies are deployed, if the names don't match it will report that not all dependencies are ready. Even if they are.

What should be done to catch this earlier is create some form of validation in app-interface that checks if the resourceTemplate name matches what is in the app's clowdapp.yaml.
