Spotify engineering asked us to create a POC of integration Scalprum assets. The new backend feature should do the following:

• at the backstage backend start to repackage an existing frontend plugin (v2), have the data about what to repackage in some config file
• use NPM as the source of the assets
• use the Scalprum build plugins
• load it through the new UI features
