Let's update the DataViewHeader to contain a BulkSelect and make the row selection work in DataView implementation using predefined hook to take care of the logic. Add also disabling of certain row checkboxes. (No need for table wrapper component for now, let's use existing PF table composable to display the data in an example)

• The BulkSelect consumes a property defining which data parameter is used as an ID.
• Implemented using PatternFly MenuToggle component and Menu component.
• Visually, Insights Frontend components BulkSelect can be taken as a base.
• Filter values and callbacks changing them are passed through the DataViewToolbar component.
• Tests should be updated
• Documentation should be updated to include select
