We currently support two ways of preventing Kafka duplicate processing:

1. the id field in the incoming payload (action or cloud event)
2. the rh-message-id header

While 2 is actively used by several tenants, it's an old way of preventing duplicate that should be removed eventually. The doc should encourage tenants to only use 1 and better explain what happens when that field is present or missing.
