Currently, we disable customer endpoint if they failed 10 times.

Regarding incomming kafka messages, thislimit could be reach in few seconds.

If the customer server have a temporary issue, we may not let enough time to support team to analyse and fix the issue before disabling the endpoint on Notifications.
