      VA ephemeral environment has a few issues that need resolving for it to work. This epic tracks the various issues.

      Summary and goal

      Get the ephemeral environment working for VA. This will allow gitlab pipeline integration testing as well as github development integration.

      Acceptance Criteria 

      The ephemeral environment should be able to be spun up. And it should be able to run all VA QE test-coverage.
