Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in
2. Navigate to User Access -> Groups
3. Click on a group to view the group's details (Roles tab visible)
4. Click on the Members tab

Expected Results

Members page loads without errors.

Actual Results

An error toast appears and the table falls into a perpetual state of refresh (screencap)
