In a nutshell, the RBAC UI tests were previously using /principals to verify the User information listed in the UI. It seems that at some point the UI started using a different endpoint to get that information, /iam/user-access/users.

At present the rbac_frontend does not have a way to interact with this endpoint, so this coverage can no longer be provided. We need either an OpenApi spec or a client to be provided to be able to verify this functionality.
