If you sit inactive on the layout page for a certain amount of time, then try to modify the layout, you get a `not authorized to view widget layout error`. I suspect this is a bug in our `useCurrentUser` hook: https://github.com/RedHatInsights/widget-layout/blob/master/src/hooks/useCurrentUser.ts#L18

For anyone looking at this in the future, here are some simple reproduction steps:

1. Log in to stage
2. Leave the tab open a long time (wait for the auth to expire)
3. Click on "Reset to default" on the landing page
