In the masthead, a user can click on the 'question' icon to prompt a menu of helpful resources for learning and troubleshooting. We'd like to add access to product documentation and also indicate that each of these items will open up in a new tab as external links (add external link icon). It would also be helpful to see the items broken into the categories of Troubleshooting and Learning for easy scanability. See the Current and New menu images below as a reference, as we well as the table showing the URL destinations for each menu item.
