In previous Chrome builds the Quick Starts links worked, but in the latest build clicking on the cards doesn't do anything.

Chrome details:  Version 122.0.6261.111 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Visit https://console.redhat.com/insights/learning-resources#SIDs=&tags= (log in if necessary)
2. Scroll down to Quick Starts
3. Click on one of the cards

Expected Results

The related QS content should open on the right side of the browser.

Actual Results

Nothing happens.
